DoorstepQuote is operated by DoorstepQuote. By using the site you agree to these terms.

What the service does

DoorstepQuote is an estimate and invoice maker that runs in your web browser. It builds documents from the numbers you enter. You are responsible for your prices, the taxes you charge, your licensing, and the agreements you make with your customers. We do not give tax, legal or accounting advice.

Free use and Pro

Your first 2 estimates are free. Pro is a subscription at US$12 a month or US$89 a year, billed in advance. It renews automatically each period until you cancel.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Where the checkout says your purchase is sold through Link, Link (a Stripe service) is the seller of record for that transaction. It collects any sales tax that applies and sends your receipts.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time using the manage link in your receipt email. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered on the refunds page.

Your data

Your business details, customers, estimates and price book are stored in your browser on your own device. We cannot see them and cannot recover them if they are lost, so use the backup button and keep the documents you send.

Changes

We may add, change or remove features. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Fair use

Do not use DoorstepQuote to create false or misleading documents.

Liability

The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is free of errors. Check every document before you send it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
